Job Summary
Strategic Execution Project Manager within the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) of the Commercial & Investment Bank coordinates and executes regulatory-driven projects and programs. The role collaborates with Project Leads, stakeholders across multiple teams and lines of business to define scope, develop and manage comprehensive project plans using both Agile and traditional lifecycles, identify risks, maintain status reports, ensure change readiness, optimize resource allocation, and contribute to communications. The incumbent helps drive standardized project management practices across the global CDO portfolio and supports training and development initiatives in partnership with HR Learning and Firmwide teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in project management, financial services, and/or strategy
- Effective communicator with excellent visualization, written, and verbal communication skills, including advanced skills on MS PowerPoint
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent tasks to completion and adjust according to the changing demands
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving business problems and challenges
- Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues, often under tight business-driven deadlines
