Job Summary
Lead and manage multiple wastewater monitoring equipment projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery meets scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Coordinate civil engineering activities across teams, define tasks and timelines, and champion a safety culture with full regulatory compliance. Oversee project financials including forecasting, gross margin tracking, and risk mitigation while maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication. Lead, coach, and develop Field Technicians, Supervisors, and Managers; conduct performance reviews and drive talent assessments. Collect and analyze technical data from field activities to support strategic business development and office growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP certification
- Bachelor's degree, Civil Engineering
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and product lines effectively
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience collecting, evaluating, and reporting technical data for water and sewer infrastructure projects
- Effective communicator with experience collaborating with customers, internal teams, and Key Account Managers
- Financial acumen, including project financial forecasting and gross margin management
- Growth‐ and change‐oriented mindset, with the ability to drive improvement, support expansion efforts, and adapt to evolving business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT or PE certification
- Candidates with a PE license or actively pursuing PE licensure
