Job Summary
Manage contracts by acknowledging orders, leading internal kick-off meetings, and coordinating with customer representatives and all Ideal departments to ensure final products meet design and quality requirements. Process customer transmittals, schedule logistics solutions, and inspect completed orders prior to shipment while documenting jobs with photography. Lead factory tours and escort customers during witness testing, communicating on schedule regarding shipping, invoicing, and technical questions. Acknowledge U.S. Person status is required for access to ITAR-controlled data. Work a daily minimum of 8 hours with flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with approximately 25% travel throughout the United States and abroad.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Person status as defined by the ITAR (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylum grantee) or ability to obtain appropriate U.S. government authorization (export license)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, overtime, and occasional nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to travel throughout the United States and abroad
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Must exhibit specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- Three years (preferred) previous project management experience
- Experience working with customers and vendors in a B2B environment
- Teamwork approach with excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills
- Technical literacy with proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite, project management, and ERP systems
