Job Summary
Lead and coordinate project activities to ensure healthcare research projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Develop and manage detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; lead cross-functional project teams; monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies; engage stakeholders to manage expectations and align with organizational goals; prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or related field) with significant project management experience and strong leadership/communication skills; PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are advantageous.
