Job Summary
Project Manager (ICI) to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects across Northwestern Ontario. Leads coordination with clients, subcontractors, and team members; manages schedules and project documents; ensures adherence to budgets, timelines, and safety standards. Requires engineering/architecture background, proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office, and strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Travel up to 25% is preferred; in-person work location in Thunder Bay, ON. Certifications such as PMP or LEED and experience with Procore are bonus qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Project Management experience
- Degree in Engineering (B.Eng.), Engineering Technology, Architecture, or Architectural Technology (preferred)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Valid ‘G’ Class Driver’s License
- Bonus: Project Management certification
- Bonus: LEED certification
- Bonus: Experience with Procore software
- Bonus: Local experience in the Northwestern Ontario region
