Job Summary
Lead 1-3 projects using IBC Bank’s Project Management Methodology; plan and schedule project timelines, track deliverables, define scope and goals, assemble and coordinate resources, and manage budgets. Facilitate testing procedures and user acceptance testing; document risks, issues, and lessons learned; provide progress reports to stakeholders weekly and to senior leadership monthly. Drive continuous process improvements, manage changes, and ensure alignment with business needs across functions. Requires travel based on project needs; in-office role based in San Antonio, TX. PMP Certification or 3+ years of project management experience and strong skills in facilitation, problem solving, coordination, and communication are required.
Required Qualifications
- PMP Certification (PMI Recognized) or 3+ years of project management experience leading projects
- Experience with Microsoft Office products: Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio
- Experience coordinating cross-organizational deployments and managing IT requirements preferred
- Knowledge of banking principles and concepts preferred
- Knowledge of Information Technology principles and concepts preferred
