Job Summary
Serve as the primary project interface between customers, the Sales team, and internal operational functions to translate expectations into actionable plans. Develop comprehensive project plans for engineering change orders, new product introductions, and quality concerns while coordinating cross-functional efforts across engineering, purchasing, quality, and production. Track milestones and deliverables using Kanban metrics, proactively communicating schedule changes with recovery plans to customers. Participate in meetings to report status and resolve issues, then conduct post-project evaluations to support continuous improvement. Manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment requiring strong communication skills and Microsoft Project experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in analytical, Engineering, Business or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in managing projects
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineered products environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Strong Microsoft Excel experience
