Job Summary
Manage multi-site, multi-vendor projects within schedule, scope, budget, and quality parameters by developing, executing, and monitoring project plans while verifying deliverables. Identify, communicate, mitigate, and manage risks to ensure successful delivery against client expectations, service level agreements, and contractual obligations. Develop proposals and recommendations for improvement through automation, process design, and human capital management while contributing to PMO initiatives. Deliver formal communications with executive stakeholders and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and account teams. Report internal and external progress according to Program Management Office standards.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of information technology project-based work experience as a Project/Program Manager, managing simultaneous complex projects
- At least 2 years of managing relationships with large client decision-makers
- 2+ years of successful business process improvement experience
- Advanced analysis and reporting skills to render information from disparate data
- Proficiency in managing competing priorities to successful outcomes
- Excellent writing and speaking skills
- Proficiency with project management software, such as Microsoft Project
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based, collaborative work environment
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of industry-recognized project management disciplines, methodologies and best practices
- English & French
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute
- IT Infrastructure project management expertise
- Lean Six Sigma experience
