Job Summary
Project Manager oversees all aspects of projects from concept to completion, develops detailed work plans and schedules, coordinates vendor tasks, tracks progress, and prepares status reports. Responsible for ensuring adherence to quality standards, managing budgets and resources, conducting project meetings, obtaining approvals, and guiding analysis and solutions to problems. Requires strong communication and presentation abilities, hands-on experience with analytical tools (Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx), and the ability to work in a hybrid setup within 50 miles of Phoenix, Caledonia, or Warwick. Ability to lead project teams, manage vendor deliverables, and deliver projects within time frames and funding constraints. Physical presence in an office or virtual work location is required as part of a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience leading projects or project teams
- Analytical reporting capabilities (Excel, PowerBI and Alteryx)
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated presentation skills
