Project Manager I - Water Construction

Lead multiple aspects of controls including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, and personnel supervision for a major water infrastructure project in Carpinteria, California. Manage the entire project lifecycle from start-up through close-out, establish personnel development strategies, and resolve contractual issues. Forecast job completion costs, approve preliminary schedules and financial projections, and ensure site rules and safety goals are implemented. Provide leadership to the project team, develop quality assurance plans, and identify issues to the Program Manager. Maintain customer relationships and establish lasting infrastructure while holding the team accountable for profitability and business outcomes.
