Job Summary
Execute comprehensive project management for transportation initiatives, including roads, highways, and stormwater conveyance. Develop project scope, schedules, and cost estimates while overseeing design surveys, plan production, and contract document development. Direct the creation of preliminary studies and manage resource assignments to meet client expectations and profitability goals. Conduct regular progress reviews, coordinate status meetings, and manage accounts receivable and work-in-process. Perform project closeouts and internal evaluations, ensuring adherence to company policies and engineering standards. Maintain professional licensure and stay current with industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, mechanical/electrical or architectural engineering as appropriate or equivalent in combined education and experience in the field of practice
- 8+ years' experience in civil engineering projects with increasing responsibility
- P.E. licensure
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
