Job Summary
Project Manager I, Support Ops responsible for coordinating and managing cross-functional projects linking Client Services and Technology, ensuring on-time/on-budget delivery. Lead project scope, objectives, stakeholder alignment, and detailed project plans; manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs; drive risk management, performance measurement, and executive dashboards; maintain client and stakeholder relationships; support Agile projects and utilize tools like MS Project, Monday.com, Planner, and Azure DevOps. Requires university degree and 8+ years global PM experience; hybrid work model in Bangalore, India.
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- 8+ years of experience as a Project manager in a global organization
- Experience with Agile
- Experience overseeing Agile projects
- Budget development, cash flow preparation and tracking a plus
- Six Sigma Certification a plus
- Certifications such as CSM, PMI or PRINCE2 preferred
