Job Summary
Manage start-up phases of large-scale ceremonies, ticketed shows, and immersive installations by defining plans, scheduling tasks, and allocating resources. Scout and hire key project roles while defining and monitoring budgets to ensure financial targets are met. Liaise with creative, production, and technical teams to maintain operational alignment, supervise suppliers, and track milestones to mitigate risks. Support feasibility studies, prepare proposals, and coordinate on-site delivery to ensure quality standards and timely execution. Maintain day-to-day communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed effectively. Requires 10 years of experience in live entertainment production, international travel availability, and proficiency in project management tools.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in production or project management within large-scale events, ceremonies, or live entertainment industries
- Proven ability to manage complex workflows, budgets, and schedules
