Project Manager I

Coordinate packaging/display/information flow as the liaison between sales, estimating, accounting, production, and customers. Manage the customer experience across quotes, orders, scheduling/tracking, expediting, shipping, and inventory; ensure on-time in-full deliveries. Collaborate on product estimating to produce item-specific quotes and maintain documentation. Manage all inventory to control costs and address aged stock; handle quality complaints with root-cause corrective action within standard time. Produce customer/account specific reports, attend new item and production meetings, and organize cadence meetings for accounts. Visit key customer and vendor locations to strengthen relationships and relay customer feedback on service performance. Drive continuous education in new technology and processes, and contribute innovative ideas for service, sales, and procedures. Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities; prioritize tasks and resolve conflicts; work under supervision as an individual contributor. Proficiency with Windows/Microsoft Office and cost systems; experience in printing/packaging and account management preferred.
