Job Summary
Project Manager I coordinating the packaging/display/visual information flow between sales, estimating, accounting, production and the customer; manage quotes, orders, scheduling, expediting, and OTIF-delivered shipments, and handle inventory management and root-cause quality actions. Responsible for customer credit/set-up, pricing, product specifications, order tracking, and reporting; facilitate new item meetings and participate in production/ cadence meetings; visit key customer/vendor locations to strengthen relationships; drive continuous education in new technology and processes; contribute ideas to improve service, sales, and procedures; adhere to company values and operate under supervision as an individual contributor.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in customer service/account management preferred
- Experience in printing or packaging preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills required
- Project management, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently and accurately
- Must be proactive, a self-starter/takes initiative
- Ability to resolve conflicts and develop teamwork
- Personal computer experience and knowledge of Windows applications and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with cost systems and estimating reports
