Job Summary
Onboard clients and new populations using agile, change management, and acquisition team best practices while creating, maintaining, and adjusting work schedules to keep projects on course. Exert strong influencing skills to support schedule adherence and task ownership, then communicate effectively with leaders, clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders via email, status updates, and meetings. Identify, forecast, and address risks through action plans, contingency plans, and escalations to provide and implement solutions, meeting established KPI goals in Quality and Improvement. Validate AI-assisted outputs for accuracy before sharing them, and generate documentation including SOPs, Client Delight Plans, and risk logs. Lead work management and resource planning to report capacity, bottlenecks, and efficiency opportunities, while contributing to repeatable team playbooks and process improvements. Prepare presentations and articles to share learnings internally and externally. This role serves as the first step in the GOAT Project Manager career progression, building discipline in acquisition delivery and risk management.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Project Management experience
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to use data, capacity indicators, and work management information to identify risks, bottlenecks, and efficiency opportunities
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to provide clear status updates, document action plans, and communicate project expectations to Clients, Brokers, leadership, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work within tight delivery timeframes while managing shifting priorities, schedule changes, and cross-functional dependencies
- Fluency with Microsoft Office tools and in-house work management/project management systems
- Experience supporting multiple projects or workstreams with successful results across scope, schedule, quality, and client delight
- Experience defining and documenting processes and supporting continuous improvement through process measurement, reporting, and metrics
Desired Qualifications
- acquisition, implementation, client onboarding, benefits administration, or cross-functional delivery experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Preferred experience: client onboarding or acquisition integration in benefits administration
- Preferred capability using Microsoft Copilot and/or other approved AI tools to support project documentation, meeting notes, action item tracking, reporting, process improvement, and risk identification while validating accuracy and following company data/privacy expectations
