Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of a single project from concept through implementation and post-project assessment; own project outcomes within timelines, scope, and budget; develop and maintain project plans including schedules, milestones, and resource allocations; ensure adequate resourcing and capacity planning; collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors; track progress and report to stakeholders; apply core project management principles to manage scope, schedule, risks, and interdependencies; participate in Agile delivery practices and align with AML/regulatory considerations where applicable; support financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ year of project management experience (or related)
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
- Experience with Agile, SAFe, Scrum frameworks
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risks
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and vendors
- Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems
