Job Summary
Entry-level PM role focusing on building envelope projects, combining office work with field/site inspections. Manage smaller projects independently while supporting larger ones, conduct site visits, document existing conditions, and develop in technical reporting and client communication. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, site visits, subcontractors, documentation, and deliverables; communicating with clients and stakeholders; and developing expertise in roofing, waterproofing, cladding, and exterior wall systems. Ideal for someone moving up from Assistant PM or Project Engineer roles, with a mix of field and office work, travel locally to project sites, and a desire to grow into a more technical Project Manager role.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in construction, architecture, engineering, consulting or project management
- Foundational knowledge of construction systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred
- EIT, PMP, or industry certifications are a plus
