Job Summary
Coordinate analytical testing projects by tracking timelines, managing documentation, and overseeing sample activities within the Laboratory Information Management System. Facilitate clear communication between clients, laboratory teams, and sales staff through client meetings, on-site visits, and data interpretation. Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements while collaborating with QA, sales, and operational teams to drive project completion. Progressively manage client project portfolios and contribute to site forecasting with financial updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related scientific field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or technical operations, preferably in analytical testing or a laboratory environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with experience managing multiple complex projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to customer service excellence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of analytical testing methodologies, instrumentation, and laboratory operations
- Ability to communicate complex scientific data
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates tact, discretion, and professionalism in client and team interactions
- Performs all other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and analytical testing requirements
- Experience with regulatory compliance and quality systems (ISO, GLP)
