Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day execution, timeline, and delivery of facility alterations and sustainability infrastructure projects for the Los Angeles County Public Library, including solar and EV charging initiatives. Champion the Library's interests while coordinating with project teams and staff to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems to ensure successful outcomes. Manage municipal infrastructure projects through planning, design, jurisdictional approvals, environmental permitting, construction, and close-out phases. Full-time onsite role in Los Angeles, CA, with a salary range of $144,000 - $151,000. Requires at least five years of progressive experience in managing municipal infrastructure projects.
