Project Manager I

Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for new equipment, upgrade, and change part projects to ensure resources are available and goals are met on time and within budget. Review project proposals to determine schedules, cost estimates, procedures, staffing requirements, and resource allotments. Prepare project scopes, manage budgets, and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses. Communicate regularly with management and administration to obtain support and approvals, while coordinating with customers, sales, engineering, and other groups to produce deliverables within specified time frames. Monitor milestones, mediate disputes, lead meetings, and integrate specification requirements from customers and suppliers. Travel to field locations as necessary to deliver and complete projects, and may support inside sales activities such as providing new machine quotation support.
