Job Summary
Assist in preparing project safety plans, quality plans, and closeout plans aligned with contract documents. Manage risk mitigation processes, subcontracting strategy, and change items while verifying financial forecasts. Direct project administration, superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and enforce contract aspects. Prepare monthly schedule updates, narratives, and draft agreements; participate in constructability reviews and design coordination. Train direct reports on procedures and manage their workload to ensure alignment with company standards. Foster an inclusive work environment and communicate strategy to the team. Work on-site daily supporting senior project managers on construction projects including schools, labs, and hospitals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 4-7 years of experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of industry standard software
- Microsoft Office
