Job Summary
Assist in preparing project safety plans, controls, and quality/closeout plans aligned with contract documents. Manage risk mitigation processes, change items, and financial forecasts while directing project administration, superintendents, and engineers. Support subcontracting strategy, scope writing, and contract implementation including insurance, bonds, and compliance tracking. Lead schedule updates, constructability reviews, and design coordination efforts to ensure project integrity. Train direct reports on procedures and manage workload to foster an inclusive work environment. On-site daily support for small projects or as a key team member under Senior Project Managers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 4-7 years of experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of industry standard software
- Microsoft Office
