Job Summary
Coordinate faculty and post-doc credentialing, onboarding, and visa applications while processing Harvard Medical School appointments and promotions. Develop comprehensive project plans and manage medium to large-scale projects from initiation through completion, securing resources and monitoring budgets, risks, and changes. Guide project coordinators, facilitate stakeholder communication, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery within specifications. Own project plans for assigned functional areas or cross-entities, adapting to a fast-paced environment that supports patient care, research, and teaching at The Brigham and Women's Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study
- Project management experience 2-3 years
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively
- Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals across multiple disciplines and experiences
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
