Job Summary
Project Manager I will assist in managing and coordinating New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring tasks are executed on time and within scope. Working under senior PMs, this role helps plan, track, and report on NPI progress, collaborates with cross-functional teams (engineering, product development, supply chain, manufacturing), schedules and documents meetings, gathers updates, monitors risks and execution issues using PM tools/dashboards, maintains project records (minutes, timelines, status reports), and tracks budgets with finance and PM teams.
Required Qualifications
- BA in Engineering, Business or related field
- 2+ years’ experience supporting or coordinating cross-functional projects, preferably within product development or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in cross-functional environment, supporting multiple stakeholders
- Eagerness to learn and grow in PM roles w/ focus on PD
- CAPM certification
- Experience with PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira Asana)
