Job Summary

Coordinate client projects through all phases of laboratory operations, including project set-up, login review, communication of analytical issues, reporting, invoicing, and bottle orders. Manage incoming work by resolving sample log-in discrepancies and confirming receipt, while reviewing job lists daily to manage due dates and communicate expected delays. Generate and submit final reports, compile case narratives, and handle invoicing by setting up delivery routes, reviewing invoices, and initiating follow-up calls to confirm correct billing. Maintain client accounts by providing technical support, forwarding leads to sales, forecasting work, and participating in corrective action for complaints. Initiate project reviews with Operations and QA, create quotes, and update status in the Laboratory Information Management System.

Required Qualifications

  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
  • Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English
  • BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences or related field
  • four years related experience may substitute for a degree
  • 6 months of client-relationship/customer service experience
