Job Summary
Project Manager I – Energy to assist in development/engineering of qualified projects during the RFP/RFQ process and oversee onsite project operations for small to large scale projects. Lead the Owner/Architect/Engineer/Subcontractor team toward a satisfied customer, manage risk with ROM, and oversee budget, scheduling, materials, subcontractors, and safety. Coordinate preconstruction estimating and proposal development, prepare schedules and values for billing, ensure profit targets, review daily reports and documentation, and deliver closeout packages including commissioning documents and warranties. Requires collaboration across purchasing, safety, HR, and field teams, and the ability to manage multi-project workloads while maintaining quality, deadlines, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years of technical school
- Four (4) years of HVAC industry experience
- At least 5 years of related experience
- Experience in simultaneously managing multiple projects with overlapping deadlines, deliverables, and other requirements
