Job Summary
Lead interdisciplinary teams by communicating project goals, conducting meetings, and modeling collaboration. Prepare, monitor, and control project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery while maintaining accountability for profit goals and financial performance. Monitor project scope, implement change measures, oversee quality assurance processes, and mentor team members to foster development. Collaborate with business development to identify opportunities, create proposals, and establish project scope and budgets. Gain experience through mentorship from a Senior Project Manager as you grow into a leadership role within the firm's architecture, engineering, and design practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, interiors, landscape architecture, engineering, or a related field
- 3 or more years of experience in A&E projects with solid working knowledge of A&E standards, processes, and policies
- Strong understanding of project design and working knowledge of at least one project delivery method
Desired Qualifications
- CSI-CDT certification (training provided for certification within a year)
- Professional registration in your field
- Higher Education A&E project market experience
