Project Manager I

Lead Substation Optimization projects in the Carolinas East by providing leadership, oversight, and coordination across internal and external organizations including Engineering, Construction Management, and Legal. Manage project portfolios with low to moderate risk, guiding matrixed team members through daily operations, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication. Establish and maintain open channels by structuring meetings, preparing monthly status reports, and ensuring project plans align with scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality constraints. Execute projects within approved limits while championing processes for planning, procurement, vendor selection, and integration.
