Job Summary
Lead internal and external project teams, including consultants, through effective communication and teamwork. Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring scope and preparing project history upon completion. Ensure project quality through Quality Assurance/Quality Control milestones, coordination, and proactive issue resolution. Plan, monitor, and control technical costs to achieve project profit goals. Mentor team members and collaborate in performance planning with Team Leaders. Identify marketing opportunities with current and past clients and assist with proposals and interviews. Collaborate with Practice Leaders to establish project scope, schedules, and budgets during proposal development. Requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related fields, five years of A&E project experience, and CSI-CDT certification. Located in Charlotte, NC or Grand Rapids, MI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, interiors, landscape architecture, engineering, or a related field
- CSI-CDT certification
- 5 years of experience with AE projects
- Solid understanding of A&E work standards, processes, and policies
- working knowledge of project delivery methods
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Professional registration in your field
- Certification through PSMJ/PMI
- Experience with multiple project delivery methods
