Job Summary
Develop contract documentation, prepare startup packages, and maintain CPM schedules for assigned construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, purchasing, and superintendents to review shop drawings, approve material procurement, and track submittals. Conduct safety and quality control inspections, manage job cost reporting, and facilitate preconstruction and post-project meetings. Visit project sites during initial preparation and construction as required. Maintain contact with superintendents and coordinate change orders with owners and general contractors. Travel approximately 1–3 days per week within the assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- General knowledge of construction with a proven history of managing people and projects
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Valid Driver's License, with a clean driving record and Insurance
- Basic understanding of typical construction materials and methods
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong skills in scheduling, submittals, and document control
- Must be a team player and able to work well with a diverse group of personnel
- Must be able to meet deadlines and put in the time needed to get the job done

- A hands-on training period will be required for the individual to become familiar with the construction of prestressed concrete tanks and the use of repair materials and methods utilized for infrastructure repair
- Travel: This position will require that the Project Manager travel in the assigned territory approximately 1–3 days per week as dictated by the number of projects in the area at any given time and as required by the Regional Manager/Regional Lead
- Extended work hours are required as necessary to meet project deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- 30 Hour OSHA Certification
- Concrete industry experience
- First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification
- Demonstrates leadership characteristics and ability
- Highly motivated and strong attention to detail
- Effective problem solving and strong mathematical skills
