Job Summary
Project Manager to lead IT projects in Belgium. Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, establishing schedules and budgets, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful delivery. Lead and motivate project teams, assign tasks, manage conflicts, and maintain alignment with goals. Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred. Requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus proficiency in English and French (Dutch a plus). Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Jira) and knowledge of risk management and budgeting. Located in Brussels with in-person work arrangement; IT project delivery and stakeholder coordination are key responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certifications preferred
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Professional proficiency in English and French (Dutch a plus)
- Proficient in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Jira)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of risk management principles and budgeting
