Job Summary
Senior Project Manager I for Alternative Delivery leads scope development, technical proposals, and contract negotiations for complex infrastructure projects (Design-Build, CM/GC, Progressive Design-Build). Oversees budgets, schedules, technical requirements, contractual obligations, and client communications; serves as primary client liaison; manages project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budget to client satisfaction; supports business development and pursuit activities; may recruit and mentor staff. Requires engineering degree and PE is a plus; 8+ years of relevant experience; visa sponsorship available; located in Nashville, TN.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 8 years of relevant experience
- 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience
