Job Summary
Project Manager I to manage small- and medium-sized complex technical projects (design/build and build-to-print) for clients including DOE, DOD, NNSA, National Laboratory, and pharmaceutical companies. Develops plans, directs and coordinates project activities to deliver on time, with quality, and at or below budget. Leads cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, and outside contractors), performs risk analysis, develops contingency plans, tracks budgets and schedules, and communicates progress to customers and internal stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related discipline, 2+ years of project leadership experience, and US citizenship; CAPM is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related discipline
- At least two years of experience leading projects/programs
- Experience managing complex projects with budgets greater than US $1M
- Must be a US citizen
