Project Manager - Hyperscale Data Center #DC06

Lead delivery of a 20-month hyperscale data center project in Thailand as Client's representative; manage project lifecycle from construction through commissioning and handover, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to QA/QC, HSE, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating across contractors, consultants, and stakeholders; managing schedule, cost control, and change management; supervising construction activities; overseeing QA/QC across CSA, MEP, and ELV; coordinating commissioning with third-party agents; establishing risk management processes; maintaining document control and approvals workflow; leading weekly/monthly progress meetings; handling contract administration including claims and disputes; and ensuring closeout with proper documentation. Requires minimum 10 years in project management for data center or mission-critical projects, experience with large-scale projects (20MW+), familiarity with Design–Bid–Build delivery models and FIDIC contracts, and experience in Thailand or Southeast Asia with knowledge of local regulation. Contract duration: 20 Months.
