Job Summary
Lead the project team ensuring on-time delivery, within scope, and within budget while planning, executing, and delivering strategic projects across multiple concurrent initiatives. Facilitate defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders, and develop detailed project plans including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management. Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, communicate updates, and manage risks by identifying challenges and implementing mitigation strategies. Coordinate with third-party vendors, contractors, and consultants, and conduct post-mortem evaluations to document successes and lessons learned. This role sits within the Quality Control Group at Northwest Administrators, Inc., an industry leader in third-party administration of employee benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience leading large scale, concurrent projects as a primary PM
- Experience managing quality control/assurance, software development and business analysis
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time & within budget
- Clear & effective communicator with strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite, including MS Project, Visio & SharePoint
- Hybrid work schedule with 3 days per week (Tue, Wed & Thu) on-site in our Seattle office
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
