Job Summary
Lead commercial mechanical construction projects (HVAC and Plumbing) from preconstruction through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality targets are met. Manage multiple projects across Sterling, VA area and Hagerstown/Frederick, MD area with a hybrid schedule (typically 3 days in office). Oversee budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and develop/maintain project schedules. Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors; manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders; maintain strong client relationships; ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are met. Qualifications include experience managing commercial construction projects with HVAC/mechanical focus; Procore experience; strong financial and scheduling understanding; ability to manage multiple projects; degree preferred but not required.
