Job Summary
HVDC C&P Project Manager role leading the delivery of HVDC Control & Protection and SCADA packages for HVDC projects. Responsible for project organization, allocation of responsibilities, monitoring and reporting of progress (scope, time, budget, quality), driving customer interactions and negotiations, coordinating with internal/external stakeholders, coordinating procurement and logistics, ensuring factory system testing and site commissioning, handover to service, maintaining compliance with quality processes and customer standards, and driving process improvements and training for the team. Requires aBachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (or equivalent) and 10-15+ years in relevant project leadership or management, with strong knowledge of AC Control & Protection schemes, relays, testing protocols, power systems, IEEE/IEC standards, and proficiency in office tools; HVDC knowledge is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Equivalent
- 10-15+ years experience in Control & Protection project lead or project management in full scope delivery
- Knowledge and skills in AC Control & Protection schemes, relay testing, testing protocols
- Power System fundamentals, Relay module & cards, Interface part, Testing method, Safety Standards
- Industrial product knowledge
- HVDC knowledge and experience is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of IEEE/IEC standards
- Basic knowledge of software handling
- Basic knowledge of Simulation tools
- Good knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Self-starter with ability to own tasks to completion
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
