Job Summary
Manage commercial HVAC projects from kickoff through closeout, developing schedules, budgets, and timelines while coordinating with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and general contractors. Review drawings, specifications, and contracts; manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation. Order materials, track costs, and ensure projects complete safely, on schedule, and within budget. Conduct jobsite visits and support field operations. Build strong relationships with customers and project teams. Primarily local commercial projects throughout the Sioux Falls area.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience managing multiple projects at one time
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of commercial HVAC Project Management experience preferred
