Job Summary
Lead end-to-end execution of EHV & HV substation construction projects, managing planning, scheduling, and resource allocation while overseeing site activities, contractors, and engineering teams. Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline by monitoring progress, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Prepare project reports, updates, and risk assessments while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Drive performance, productivity, and continuous improvement across projects. Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in EHV & HV substation projects (construction & execution)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of HSE and quality standards
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the Saudi market is preferred
- PMP or PMI certification is preferred
