Job Summary
Manage project plans for assigned HR transformation projects, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, risks, issues, and status updates. Drive day-to-day execution by coordinating activities, tracking action items, and ensuring deliverables stay on track while working with sponsors, stakeholders, and delivery teams. Integrate change management activities into the project plan, covering stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communications, training coordination, and adoption tracking. Develop and execute the Change Management and Enablement strategy, creating and managing the Change Management Bill of Materials to plan and deliver enablement artifacts. Maintain supporting project management deliverables, including RAID logs, meeting materials, and documentation, while preparing clear project updates for teams and leaders. Identify and escalate risks, issues, and readiness gaps that impact delivery. Partner with leaders to define success measures, readiness indicators, and adoption metrics. Contribute to continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and developing repeatable project delivery practices across HR.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, human resources, project management, organizational change management, communications, operations, or a related field
- Three to five years of experience managing projects, project workstreams, or change management projects in a corporate, enterprise, HR, technology, or shared services environment
- Demonstrated project management experience, including managing timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, action items, status reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Experience integrating change management activities into project delivery, including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, readiness planning, training coordination, adoption tracking, and reinforcement
- Experience creating project and change management deliverables such as project plans, status reports, RAID logs, communication plans, stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, readiness plans, training support materials, or adoption trackers
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage details, track commitments, and keep project teams aligned
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear materials for project teams, stakeholders, sponsors, and leaders
- Ability to collaborate across functions, influence without authority, and work effectively in a matrixed environment
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, or equivalent tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting HR transformation, HR operations, employee experience, shared services, or business process improvement projects
- Experience working with or alongside HRIS, Workday, ServiceNow, Knowledge Management, IT, or process improvement teams
- Familiarity with structured change management methodologies, such as Prosci ADKAR or similar approaches
- Experience supporting project governance, meeting cadence, status reporting, stakeholder readiness, communications, training coordination, adoption tracking, or post-launch reinforcement
- Background in project management, change management, communications, operational excellence, process improvement, or organizational effectiveness
- Experience maintaining project documentation, SharePoint sites, project trackers, dashboards, change plans, or status reports
- Experience supporting learning, enablement, organizational readiness, or adoption initiatives as part of enterprise transformation programs
- PMP, CAPM, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent practical experience
