Project Manager, HR Technology

Lead moderate to high complexity global HRIS projects and programs with multiple work streams, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence to scope business problems and design, configure, and roll out HRIS solutions. Establish project goals, milestones, and procedures, defining roles and responsibilities while coordinating projects across company regions. Monitor projects through all phases to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and within scope, controlling scope, schedule, and cost changes using appropriate protocols. Develop and maintain project management artifacts, optimize end-to-end processes, and facilitate issue resolutions with regular leadership updates. Proactively identify new technologies for implementation and analyze performance data to address project issues and training gaps. Collaborate with third-party vendors on execution and finalize Statements of Work. Hybrid work arrangement requires Tuesday through Thursday office days at the Panorama Office site in Denver, Colorado, with Monday and Friday remote.
