Job Summary
Plan, execute, and deliver strategic initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing milestones, and driving follow-through on commitments. Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints proactively, then apply analytical thinking to resolve challenges and improve execution. Facilitate governance processes, prepare executive-ready materials, and communicate project status to stakeholders across functions and geographies. Operate independently in ambiguous environments to translate strategy into actionable work plans while building credibility through ownership and reliable delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Operations, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Typically 2–5 years of experience in project management, program management, strategy execution, consulting, sales operations, business operations, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated success coordinating cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment in prioritizing work and resolving issues
- Strong intellectual curiosity, organizational skills, communication skills, analytical thinking, ownership, adaptability, and growth mindset
