Job Summary
Project Manager, Home Modernization at NYSERDA oversees digital-systems builds for the Home Modernization program within the Integrated Energy Solutions unit. Serves as product owner and liaison between the Home Modernization program, Salesforce Solutions, and IT teams. Responsibilities include defining business goals and procedures for digital systems, managing the transition of the NY Home Energy Portal to a new program application/workflow platform in Salesforce, handling system development management, requirements, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing; providing operational support, triaging system issues, managing staffing workload, ensuring system integrations run smoothly, and transferring knowledge to the team. Also coordinates with multiple stakeholders to align program rules with system design and fosters open, collaborative team culture. Performs other duties as assigned. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree with additional experience, knowledge of NYSERDA’s Home Modernization programs, and general building science knowledge with a focus on weatherization. Required Qualifications

- Understanding of Salesforce architecture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
