Job Summary
Manage project scope, program, budget, risk, and reporting while coordinating consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary technical teams. Lead stakeholder engagement to maintain strong client relationships and support procurement, contract administration, and project governance. Deliver high-quality client-side outcomes within complex or operational environments by identifying issues early and driving practical solutions. This role supports the delivery of critical infrastructure across the Northern Territory and the development of Harris Kmon Solutions' project management capability. We seek an established Project Manager with experience in government, utilities, or regulated environments to bring structure and momentum to our expanding portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- A strong track record delivering infrastructure, utilities, engineering or construction projects
- Experience in a client-side, government, asset-owner or consultancy environment
- Strong stakeholder, commercial and project risk judgement
- An ability to make considered and well-informed decisions in complex or changing circumstances
- The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to quality delivery
- Experience delivering essential infrastructure projects
- Exposure to government departments, statutory authorities, utilities or publicly owned corporations
- Knowledge of Northern Territory project delivery, procurement or stakeholder environments
- Qualifications in project management, engineering, construction or a related discipline
