Job Summary
Project Manager role leading the project execution team for Power Transformer projects at Hitachi Energy Thailand. You will manage all aspects of project delivery including scope, budget, schedule, and risk, coordinate contract negotiations with customers, ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental targets, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. The role requires leading a project team with clear milestones, driving cost control, resource efficiency, and lessons learned, and collaborating with Supply Chain and Legal to address contracts and claims. A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (Power) or higher is required, with 6+ years of project management experience in power transformers or related electrical assets; PMP is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, along with strong communication and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (Power) or higher
- 6+ years of experience in Project Management related to power transformer products, power substation, LV, MV and HV switchgear
- Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors
- Current electrical engineer license valid in monitor and control
- PMP certificate preferred
