Job Summary
Project Manager at a top-ranked ENR general contractor leading complex, high-impact builds across the Southeast from an Atlanta base. Oversees projects ranging from $25M–$150M+ across healthcare, sports & recreation, higher education/K-12, aviation facilities, city/government, and mission-critical data centers. Manages all phases of delivery from preconstruction through closeout; serves as primary point of contact for owners and design teams; coordinates internal operations; manages cost, schedule, and quality; mentors junior staff; fosters a collaborative, high-performance culture. Requires 8+ years of GC-side PM experience, a track record of overseeing large vertical construction projects, proficiency with MS Project/P6/Procore, OSHA 30 (preferred), and a Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering (or equivalent experience). Strong leadership, communication, and financial-management skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- OSHA 30, First Aid & CPR certifications preferred
- 8+ years of GC-side project management experience
- Successful track record managing $25M+ vertical construction projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project scheduling tools (MS Project, P6), and project management platforms (e.g., Procore)
- Strong communication, financial, and leadership skills
