Job Summary
Project Manager for a construction project coordinating with superintendents, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders. Responsible for preparing and managing cost estimates, budgets, timetables, and resources; soliciting subcontractors and ensuring bid coverage; leading contracting and procurement activities by issuing contracts and purchase orders and communicating project requirements to contacts; supporting accounting tasks such as cost input sheets and monthly pay applications; maintaining logs and reports (change orders, submittals, RFIs) and preparing closeout deliverables (punchlists, O&M manuals, final certifications). Requires 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field; proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Over five (5) years experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction or civil engineering preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel & Word
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
