Job Summary
Manage the Homelessness Prevention Service and SWEp Night Shelters across six Worcestershire districts, delivering gold-standard support to sustain tenancies and exit street lifestyles. Lead a team of Seniors, Co-ordinators, and Support Workers while partnering with statutory and non-statutory stakeholders to meet referral needs. Report on internal and external contractual KPIs, legal, and quality audit requirements. Travel between service areas and the Gloucestershire head office, requiring a full UK driving licence and own transport. Join a charity focused on people rather than profit to expand services for rough sleepers and those at risk of losing tenancies.
Required Qualifications
- relevant homelessness service experience
- full UK driving licence
- own transport
- line management of a team of dedicated Seniors, Co-ordinators and Support Workers
