Job Summary
Lead project execution from engineering through final turnover for assigned data center construction projects. Develop execution plans, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. Monitor performance, lead client meetings, review contracts and RFIs, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements. Approve schedules, coordinate staffing, and oversee closeout documentation. Requires a Bachelor's degree, eight years of construction project management experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Procore.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects

- PMP certification
- Design-Build or EPC experience
- Data center construction experience
- Microsoft Project

- Microsoft Office Suite
